Medical Summariser

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard working patient record summariser to join our team. The position is for 25 hours a week within our friendly patient focused surgery. The post holder will be required to review and summarise new patients records onto EMIS web as per summarising protocol and direction by lead GP’s.
